Does TVO PLAYER contain any channels? Where can I get a good playlist?

TVO PLAYER and its administrators do not provide playlists. The app does not include any content. Users are responsible for obtaining playlists from their providers. Please ensure you have a playlist or media before buying the app, as payments are non-refundable.

My MAC address has changed after I switched to another connection type.

Each TV has two MAC addresses (WiFi and Ethernet). The second MAC activates automatically when switching connections. MAC addresses are unique and cannot be changed manually.

Why is the app freezing at the start?

The app needs to load the playlist from your provider's server every time it starts, which may take some time depending on the network.

Why is the app not working when the playlist worked on my computer?

This may be due to ISP restrictions or your TV's supported formats. Not all Smart TVs support every content type. Check the supported formats for your device below:

Why can I not start the app?

Check your internet connection first. Most startup issues are caused by network problems, not your provider.

Does the TVO PLAYER APP have an EPG system?

No, the app does not have an integrated EPG. However, if your provider supports EPG, it will work with the app.
